Louis S. Collins, MBA
President and CEO

Louis Collins is President, CEO and the founder of Engage Integrated Systems Technology, Inc. (EngageIST) Louis has an MBA Degree from Pepperdine University in Management, a lifetime Teaching Credential from the state of California in Computer Related Technology. He studied Computer Science Technology at Rochester Institute of Technology as a Master of Science candidate and has a BS Degree in Computer Science Management from the University District of Columbia. Louis is a decorated twice-wounded Vietnam Marine Veteran.

Louis’ professional consulting career in the IT industry has spanned three decades of system and integration experience including project management, software development and disaster recovery planning. Much of his career was focused on the private sector and Louis has gradually moved into the public sector.
