Our methodology is simple, provide highly experienced dedicated project teams focused on understanding the customer's business requirements and bring the projects in on time, within budget and exceed expectations.

Engage wants to ensure that all results are consistent and repeatable across all projects both large and small by utilizing well-proven methodologies. Our own Productivity Management Methodology (PMM) employs a complete Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and a rigorous Change Control Management (CCM) practice that is used on all projects, from simple and straightforward conversion/migration to complex IV & V and COTS projects.

Engage subscribes to and uses methodologies, such as IEEE Software Verification &Validation Processes to analyze, evaluate, review, inspect, and make assessment of software products and processes, and Engage subscribes to and uses Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK) methodology for effective project management practices.
