Our History

Engage as we know it today was the result of combing 20 years of diverse experience into one entity. 1978 The foreruner of the today's Engage began as an Information Technology recruiting company. 1981 The company began to create and design Relational Database Systems (RDBMS) and RDBMS methodologies for the Aerospace industry. 1984 Programming and database design services grew to include IT Project Management for the Financial, Insurance and Manufacturing industries. 1997 Engage was incorporated in the State of Nevada and focused on providing Information Technology integration, engineering, and Project Management consulting. 1999 Engage designed and developed its first Y2K product and Disaster Recovery Planning services. 2002 Engage received its first California CMAS in IT Integation and IT Project Management.
